Ted Lanzaro is a Certified Public Accountant, real estate investor, real estate broker, author, and speaker with over 30 years of real estate tax consulting and investing experience.
He runs Lanzaro CPA, LLC a boutique CPA firm specializing in accounting and taxation for the real estate industry.
For the past 30 years, he has helped thousands of real estate business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors all over the United States implement cutting edge tax strategies that save them thousands of dollars annually on their taxes.

Prior to joining CT Investors Realty in 2020, Scott worked as a Senior Associate at Foxfield Industrial focusing on industrial acquisitions along the east coast.
Previously, Scott spent 5 years as an Associate at Marcus Partners and TA Realty working within asset management, disposition, and acquisition roles.
Scott earned a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.
Born & raised here in Connecticut, Howie grew up around the construction trades working for family businesses. He has dedicated most of his career to public service. With over 13 years in the US military serving both in the US Army & Airforce. Additionally he continues to serve his communities as a third generation career firefighter/EMT.
Since his early years he’s been an entrepreneur at heart and has built a couple small businesses that has developed his passion for Personal finance, Business and Real Estate investing.
Howie has earned his degree from Wyoming Tech and has multiple leadership certifications and awards from his military and fire service including NFPA 1031 – Fire inspector I and Building Plan Examiner certification.
Howie prides himself by leading by integrity and sharing his knowledge to help improve the lives of the people around him.
Tara Ramlal is the proud mother of two wonderful little ones and understands the importance of securing your future and your family’s future through real estate investments. She also understands wanting more financial freedom for the more important things in your life.
Tara Ramlal has worked in the world of Sports Television Broadcasting at ESPN for thirteen years. She always knew she wanted to be involved in real estate at a very young age. She bought her first rental property at age twenty-one and worked day and night for an entire year helping with the renovations. Tara has been involved in the New York Real estate scene since 2013 and recently moved over to commercial real estate with EXP in Connecticut, where she is personally invested in some investment properties.
